Snow? SNOW?!

Well there's lots of white stuff falling from the sky apparently (None here on the south coast) and since LAN is in a little less than two weeks time do you think the snow will be with us then too?

If so I think we should have snowmen competitions.

Who will be brave enough to tent out in the snow as well?

/me gives evils. Its way to cold for me to camp, its bad enough BC have me camping for i45!! I'm probably going to be freezing at the B&B, nevermind indoor sleeping at Slan!

I come from Gosport and from personal experience rarely see snow in Portsmouth because it doesn't want to go near such a filfthy place

I rescind my earlier comment. My dad who lives in Stratford told me yesterday that they are expecting about 10 inches this weekend... I reckon thats unlikely to fully melt before the lan, though I suspect by then it will be nice hard ice useful only for putting down unaware gamers backs rather than snowman making...

So since im going to be just recovered \from the plague (hopefully) I think it might be a good idea for me to find a B&B, anyone know any cheap ones in the area?

On a side note, I've decided on chocolate sponge with whipped cream but with a slight twist; they'll be Hello Kitty themed and there won't be many because the moulds I have are quite large for how much mix I could afford. Thinking of making them prizes for people who deserve them
