Im looking for something so I can get my Playstation working on my monitor, will a TV card do this? If not, what will?

It depends on the outputs, a cheapy wintv go does Svid normally, does the console have Svid, or is it composite or scart?

Am i missing something here?

Surely a vga box is all you need.. unless they didnt make any for the playstation..

They didnt afaik (for the psx im after one for) and wishy its either composite or scart as i have both leads.

Cheap solution £30 winTV go will play your console games, quality is shabby tho, but the gfx on a ps are pap anyway.

Check out AverTV 98, they sell them at Eclipse (www.eclipse-computers.com) i got one for my sister, about £30-35 i cant remember, but its really good, comes with a remote, etc, worth a look at least.

my card is very nice and will connect to my PSX with no prob, just a little manual tuning via the software, its worked fine.

id give you the website but it was made in Microsoft word 9!!!!!! so erm i dont want to show you such poor design, altho if you really want the site then ill post it

i know, i might just ask to redesign there site for free as i could do a better job than that, and im lame @ web design. but probably could be good if i put my mind to it. :)
