seating

I was just wondering abut the seating, theres gonna be about 8 ish people going from clan XC, will we all be spread out among the qw section, or will we all be within hitting distance :0)

We try our best to sit all clans together. The way we sort seating is to first allocate areas to particular games, so that everyone into a particular game is sat near people of similar interest, and then go through that area's clan listing to produce the plan.

We aim to produce the preliminary seating plan 2 weeks before the event, allowing 1 week to take requests for changes before the final plan is produced the weekend before the event.
