For my LAN i am prob going to use 24 port scan switchs and have them going into a core switch but i was wondering what would be good for a core switch, eg manufacturer and model/type. I would have all my servers, ftp, intranet and switchs off the core switch. or even if i should have 1, mayb just link 1 switch 2 the other via uplink 2 port. suggestions please.
