Just to prove that Allegiance still has some life left, the guys over at MyAllegiance (http://ma.alleg.net) have added a 6th faction into the game. Dubbed the Dregkhar empire - these zergling-like creatures benefit from very fast and agile ships, and the ability to build refineries on helium asteroids. However, if they're hampered in any way their economy performs worse than the IC.
Download the MA Switcher and update your copy of Allegiance RIGHT NOW

Afty - must I remind you that your supremacy centre was destroyed by Gonzo (who'd never played the game before) at SL9?
In the words of the Prodigy... "People like you will fuel my fire <insert techno sound effect here>"
Now bow before your galactic emperor, or die

I might point out that allowing Gonzo was a tactical ploy to draw your forces into the open, and tie up your pilots in certain theaters, so we could outnumber you in others which would have allowed us to get an APC full of Dark Templars through your line of Buzzsaws and deposited in your Tiberium Refinery which would have clearly won us the game.
Does that explain why I lost?

Never rely on Dark Templars, they are too unpredictable atm
Too many union disputes between several hirers of Dark Templars and the DTUF (Dark Templars Union of Farmers) has caused a major shortage for SC 0wnage

YES! :D
I've just set up an alternative way of connecting to the internet to bypass the allegiance problems i was having with my router, so i'm able to play on the net now, :D
Do any multiplay people ever organise big internet allegiance games? It would be absolutly fantastic to get a big group of people together one night and have some large matches like at the lan events ;)

i agree totally, i like the game (although i'm a bit sh!t me thinks :) ) but not enough to sign up in the allegiance section over my prefered CS game. So playing with you guys outside of LANage would be good.

There are "discussions" to move the MPUK web hosting... if that goes ahead, we could have the bandwidth to run up a permanent allegiance server and arrange some regular matches
