I would recommend psychostats, it looks fairly nice and provides lots of details, info can be found here (http://www.psychostats.com/) .

It runs on Windows as well as Linux with the addition of perl. Also you can just make the log files save to hard disk, you can then copy them anywhere and feed them into psychostats, even on the web server.

One point to note, don't actually run the program while playing the game if you can help it unless you have a server with low load, it caused bad lag when I ran it on the p2 400 server we were running cs on with about 20 players, slightly under specced!
