Has anyone ever thought of making a CS map of the newbury racecourse building?

It could be a hostage rescue where wizzo and the crew are all pathetically hiding in the corner of where-ever it is they sit :D while the CT's are trying to save them!

If someone spent the time you could make a really good map out of it that could be used for the CS final!

i'm sure someone mentioned it once or twice but no-one seems to have tried it! I personally think it would be a fantastic idea - especially if you did life-like skins too! I wanna play!!!!!!!!

mmm, i may ask my clan mate - he's pretty good. He did all the Counter-Strike Top Secret reports that you may have read on the bugs in CS. He's also working with Valve on 1.4

I know Maverick was making a Nebury map... it was looking bloody good if you ask me, but the peon managed to wipe it in his monthly re-format/re-install. :D

Someone else was also doing a Q3 version. Dunno what happened to that in the end.... the thread is probably in the i8 or i9 archives.

i'm sure it was Wise Washu that was making (i think) an RA3 map of newbury racecourse...

there are some screenies on the thread, i'm not sure how far he got with it, but it looked damn good.
