i was thinkin about this the other day, and right now infact :)
at least these forums and the annoyingly stupdi kind where everyone has a stupid picture and a MASSive sig and stuff
infact i would almost go as far to say as these are the best forums ive been on in terms of ppl behaviour, although content seeems to have gone downhill somewhat :)
i blame it on all those spamm0rs :p:

content of posts can get stupid at times, but with the constant slagging off spammers have been getting, it seems to have calmed down recenty.

It all depends on your tastes, what you like to discuss etc.

If you are into your gaming then this is the place to be, also if you like to know what people where to bed then hey this is the place.

But there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of interlectual stimulation going on here, just alot of wubbles :)

Not that that isn't great, in conclusion this place is good for part of my interests. The other 5 Forums i'm a member of does the rest.

i quite like image sigs, as long as they are within reason.

They allow you to
A: Show off your artistic talent
B: Stand out from the crowd (on severall forums i often go by peoples sigs as opposed to their names when looking for a post from them).
C: Look nice (if done tastefully).


The hard part is ensuring that you don't get some guy with a 3mb animated gif in their sig (i remember one guy on another forum with a gif from Star Wars TPM that was over a meg)

i agree totally with wearwolf!

Some sigs are just massive crap homages to manga art while others are artistic and add a visual asthetic appeal to your otherwise normal looking dull text sig.

no theres ADSL. Which i have a splitter (half installed for), a bloody crayfish modem thing and err well no ADSL thanks to a cascade of f*ck ups by BT... They have at least refunded me full cost but I'm keeping the modem :)
