Right i recently (about 4 weeks ago) got BTs ISDN, now i know this bloody USB thing is crap but i couldn't have another choice so i got that. The USB wouldn't work with games so i got [USCM]MDK to send me a BT Speedway card for freeee :E that wouldn't work on XP so i went out and bought a ASUS card this one...

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_ISDN_Cards___Modems_50.html

So i got that and it crashed XP came up with IRQL_IS_LESS_OR_EQUAL didn't know wot it meant but i was advised to format and install XP from fresh which i did......

however this still didn't work and i got the same error, so i formated again and installed Windows 98, now i tried the ASUS card on it but i can't remember wot the error was so anyway now i'm back onto the BT Speedway card with win 98 and when i try to connect it says

"The computer is not recieving a response from the modem, Check the modem is plugged in and if nessacary turn it off and back on again"

its a internal card so the 1st time i got this error msg i thought ok i'll restart which i did...does it work? no :/

ELP! i had ISDN like 4 weeks and its not working at all :(

the drivers i got for speedway are the downloadable btpci98 and pcicap98 it installs fine no errors but comes up with that message
 help
:(

hmmm for the bt speedway card use the drivers from http://www.avm.de/de/ (the bt card is a rebadged avm card) also grab they capi drivers from here. Make sure you cancel when it says found new hardware and run the install setup otherwise u get problems.

Weird thing in XP I had no porblems using the BT card it used XPs own software no problems
