hiya,

I work voluntarily for a fairly young gaming network called www.miss-match.com, only been going for about a year. anyway . . .

I'm the Chief Editor for reviews / previews etc and i'm looking for a couple of people with good writing skillz to come on to the staff to write reviews/previews maybe a bit of gaming news etc for us.

You need to be able to demonstrate good literacy and review writing ability as well as basic HTML (i mean really basic! :) the admin does all the hard work in PHP). If your interested, then please write a review for a game (a recent one preferably) and email it to telexstar@tweak3d.net

what do u mean? sort of tihngs to cover in a review? or which games to cover in general?

Basically, its not payed! so you would need to buy all the games your self. your not ordered to review [insert game name here], you basically choose which games you review. We don't have the recources at the moment to get review codes cuz we're not that well known, but we're getting there. Miss-Match have worked with codemasters to bring together and run Official Operation Flashpoint forums which we host.

The reviews section is just taking off so what i'm prolly looking to do is to have 3-4 reviewers (including myself) which are given a few genres that we we can build up a list of intelligent informed reviews/previews made by people ho are fans of the genre.

I have to say that EB's 10-day returns policy is really good for people who don't want to keep every game they review.

Just cover the kind of stuff thats usually covered in reviews

Introduction, Graphics, Sound, Audio etc

but thats why i'd need to see a review made by you if your interested.

At the moment its just PC games. But i've been thinking about possibly launching a network site to do with consoles and stuff (at which point i'll prolly need some more staff for it) - i'll await ur mail :)
