LAN Party in London Feb Time

Easy ppl!

Yes its me Renegade who pukes furiously after wizzo saying "Ive never seen u drink Ren!"... after much consideration and negitiation my boss has agreed to let me run a LAN party here at work (If you didnt allready know i work for a famous chain of internet cafes) in london.. we have space for about 20-30 machines to be added to the network and if you cant bring your own machine then we have 20 of our own (for an extra cost of course) all im doing now is getting a rough idea of numbers of people coming.. heres the details of the lan:

Dates: Sometime in febuary (Suggestions?) will last from Thursday Morning untill Monday Night
Price: £25-30 (MPUK Staff get discount due to me being ex staff)
Machine Rental: £20-30
Games Played: ANY! (No more sex tetris mind :))
Location: Barking, Essex (Pretty much london mind cos of the local birds and "Riff Raff")
Net Connection: 2mb Leased Line
File Sharing: OF COURSE!
Restrictions: None... we have a area at the back of the cafe which is out of site of regular punters so Drinking is NOT prohibited :)
Anything else?: not that i can think of!

The LAN now has a name :) SpiderLAN very imaginative isnt it? :p im starting work on the webpage as we speak and should be up in the next 48hrs pending on how big my memory block is when i start the gfx :) (20 years old and i get memory blocks allready **** when im 46!)

Set back no.1.... my boss has now made me do this by the book... i gotta doa business plan and heres the new "rules" NO one may sleep at the venue due to it being open to the publc so im surrently looking through B&Bs in the area... also.. we may be closing down the whole cafe for the weekend so we are looking at more places opening... keep an eye on this post cos ill keep u updated!

OK My boss has made a very good suggestion to a weekender thing... basically what he wants to do is make this into a action packed weekender....

Friday arrive early and play games untill 6pm.. go for a meal come back and get ready to go to the local nightclub.. then go to bed..

Saturday get up early and play games untill 6pm again then go for a pint/meal then a payed coach to the westend VIP access into Clab Samantha for a pre drink up and then onto Club Xenon one of londons best clubs also with VIP entry then collapse

Sunday play games untill 4pm then head off to quaser for a few hours... one last drink up then hometime

Prices all inclusive (part from accomadation but ill keep u posted) this means free entry to the clubs, free food, free soft drinks and free transport into londons westend

How does this sound? we are working a price out at the mo

well i would say 17 upwards bu if ur 16 and look older and dont have trouble gettin into clubs u will be fine :)
