yeah. i investigated this... the link to tweakXP.com's article DOES cause bandwidth over a dial up modem to increase too.

the only problem with XP I've had is poor prioritisation of packets. One app will suck all the bandwidth until its unusable...

Squire, Your perfect, it was the keyboard that had interferance and causes the key to come out wrong :D
