Not sure how many of you guys remember us, we are the brits that came over from the US, then went back a year after. We came to a couple of I series and my laptop has the awesome stickers to prove it :) Anyway thought we would let you know why we disapeered and what we have been doing in the meantime.

Thats our first press release with our new company - woot! Fingers crossed there will be lots more to come...
We are hoping to have a playable game early next year. Its not a WoW replacement, more something fun to do with friends when you can't devote 4 hours of your life a night to raiding :)
Hope you guy are keeping well anyway, Bootz you rocked in the pics I saw from the invitational!!!
Take care all
HORDE FTW!!!

Hello.
Good to see you again! Hope you guys are well.
The new project is looking awsome, something that you can spend a few hours of gaming time playing without feeling obliged to devote the majority of your time for the progress of a virtual character. It will be interesting to see the demo and the live website when its released. I see from the article that you's plan to release a demo at penny arcade expo in August, too short notice for me to go to seattle but no doubt we will get to try it out shortly after :P
As for WoW, quite a few of the old crowd have stopped playing, or have put it on the back-burner until the release of WOTLK. I myself stopped playing for ~10 months, only started back again about 2 weeks ago. Im in the position atm where I dont have the time to spend raiding, but still manage to spend 4-5 hours a day just doing daily quests and some PVP.... you know what its like
Annnnyways, good luck with the new project and definetly keep us updated.

If you guys are still subscribing to WoW, just doing the sunwell daily quests every day and not raiding seems to be a SICK way of making money till WOTLK is released.

Haha, I actually stopped for 9 months ish, just started levelling my alliance (boo hiss) mage to 69 so I can rape in bgs. Its about the only thing I have time for as I cant really play more than a couple of hours a week.
Thanks for the tip though, if I reactivate my 70's I'll be doing those dailies! Cant believe they raised the max to 25 though, how does anyone manage to do that many a day?

Hehe I think theres around 12 dailies from Sunwell, its the ones I do.
They all seem to be in a pretty sweet clockwise rotation, so its just a case of grabbing them all and setting off :D ~10g a peice, throw in the cooking and fishing dailies and you have yourself 150g + rewards + cloth drops + rep drops + reputation... good bargain for an hour or two's work :D
Ive never really done them at peak times, normally I play at strange hours in the day (usualy very early in the am) and its still fairly busy, sometimes there is competition for the mobs. I can only imagine it gets worse as time goes on...
