Thought this was quite funny, told my mates who are all Xbox360 Fanboys who would swear an oath to Microsoft if they could; they all went mental and threw a hissy fit.
Too be honest i wasn't a huge fan of either and at first i thought the PS3 was crap due only a small range of games being released on it but now it's actually picked itself back up.

Already a few posts on it, however....it's worth mentioning as often as possible :p

What's that you say, everyone that wanted a 360 already bought one in the preceding two years, and Sony are desperately piggybacking sales of the console on GT5 Prologue?

e: oh sorry, Europe. Yes well everyone knows Euros are dumb :v

Closing-Gap is starting to sound like a poor viral marketing companies attempt to boost 'awareness' of the PS3. Either that or a broken record :p

Too many posts to just be a spam bot, but enough pro-Sony, anti-Microsoft posts to warrant me going and having a look at your post history, especially given the name 'Closing-Gap'.

Im SURE I remember conversations like this when I was at primary school - "More people have Commodores than Speccy's".....

And again at comp - "Megdarives have SO outsold Super Nintendos"......

Console wars - Happy days.

And the figures came from Sony who can manipulate the figures (like MS can do if they wanted). Unless an independant company can do the figures then i will not believe (haha), i mean nearly all my friends have 360's. I will probably buy a PS3 next year when the price comes down a little further.

Actually, Im sure Kotaku did a post on the sales - and it looks like in the US and Japan at least, the PSP is dominating everything - including DS and Wii (mind you, I think most people already HAVE Wii and DS so maybe thats why lol).

I have one, but hadnt touched it in almost a year - not til Disgaea and FF Tactics came out anyway.

I have only ever seen one person playing in public (fnarr fnarr) in this country. Went to Tokyo last year, and they were all over the place. Not sure whether I was more surprised by that, or by the fact that some of the girls on the trains had so many charms hanging off their phones that they struggled to lift the damn things.

Dont suppose youve played Metal gear Portable Ops, or Monster Hunter 2?

Was checking them out in Gamestation, but not sure what to make of them.

Castlevania is on my to do list tho. SOTN? On a handheld? *dribble*
