You need TM United Forever, or whatever the paid one is. Can't Import on the free one.

As it's $39.95 on Steam and £17.99 in Game. :p
But you get it RIGHT NOW on Steam. ;)

Shame that in Nations Forever noone else can see your custom paint job. I spent half an hour or so at work customising it only to look over at my colleagues screen to see the boring UK skin on my car :(
