I could not gather any results for his name, must be a newbie. Will keep an eye out for him.
Just remember "status" in console will display STEAM ID's and "amx_chat" in console will send a message only admins can see.

FOR EXAMPLE :
(in console) amx_chat "STEAM_0:00000 is spamming mic and being generaly disruptive"
