The very first Multiplay TF2 League season is now open for people to enter. I am hoping that we can get this underway before the end of May depending on interest and sign ups to it.

This very first one is purely on a fun basis only, future competitions may involve lucrative prizes but details of that aspect have yet to be ironed out. There is much development going on behind the scenes in this respect and the success of this first league will shape what becomes of future events.

Multiplay will provide the servers for all matches and for all participants in this league. Furthermore, all servers are EU based (Amsterdam) so Germany should ping as good as UK does for example.

I do apologise for the rather clunky method of sign-ups for this. There is much development going on for future league events and it promises to get bigger and better!

The take-up on this very first event and the success of it will not only help us shape up any shortcomings but will also help shape the future of further seasons whereby we have not least a dedicated website devoted to it but real prizes to be won at the end of it.

I'm also looking into sorting a pickup server for those people that are either clanless or with clan but fancy playing a clan-style game at the drop of a hat. More news on this as and when I can.

That's very much appreciated Moose, the more the merrier. :) As I stated elsewhere, all games will be run on Multiplay servers based in Amsterdam, NOT the UK. This should give a fairly even game ping Europe-wide. :)

I have tested it Parva, not bad pinnage instead of my usual 23 ping I get 40 ping instead which isn't too bad. :)

Should see similar / slightly higher ping than UK Servers.

Our European friends should see lower ping :)
