Hi Guys.

I'm new to the Multiplay forums but may have seen some of you at a few of the i Series. We got out 4th LAN coming up this weekend if anyone is looking for some LAN action and no place to go :)

Venue

Our first LAN party for this year will be held in Rixton/Glazebrook Community centre which is just off the M6 Motorway Jct 21a. So Ideally situated between Manchester & Warrington. We will be offering a pick up service from the local train stations and Warrington bus station. There is a pub right across the road and a 24hr Tesco is 5 mins drive away.

There will be some food served in the Kitchen for Breakfast and lunch, with regular deliveries of Pizza, Curry & Chinese.

There will be all of the games listed, plus a bit of late night Poker and a Saturday Night pub Quiz as well. There will also be a dedicated chill out area with Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3 along with movies at night.

We have a pretty good LAN Party intranet detailing upto the minute info on ladders, tourneys etc. As for an internet connection we are working on it because Steam aren't the best in the world for telling people when they are offering updates

The Games

Counter Strike Source (in rotation with CSS, GunGame & Zombie Mod)
Call of Duty 4
World in Conflict
DEFCON (We may run the tournament as the demo version which will be available at the LAN)
Trackmania Nations
Warhammer 40k Dawn of War
TeamFortress 2
Company of Heroes
Unreal Tournament 2004
Some Other Random 90's Fun game(JKII Outcast, Quake 3 etc)
Some Console stuff like Pro Evo or Tekken kind of thing

+

PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360 Action

The Tournaments

World in Conflict 2v2
Call of Duty 4 2v2
Counter Strike Source 2 v2 Tourney
Pro Evo on the PS3
Plus loads of free for all's

Schedule

It's a fairly busy weekend but were hoping to fill it out with as much fun as we can. Info can be found Here

Sponsors
We are currently working on Sponsors and upto now we have had a fantastic response from Razer, Crucial, 1 More Game & Alienware. All prizes from our sponsors will be going to the prize tournaments and ladders

Cost
We are looking to keep this as cheap as possible so we can fill the places and have a really competitive and fun weekend. Prices start from £25.00 for the full weekend but we offer generous discounts for clans who book together I'm happy to offer a further £5.00 off to all Multiplay community members as well

Any questions, please ask away or add me to MSN
