Why are there maps missing from the vote menu?

Just to mention a few:
garg&ickyhunt
garghnt2
garghnt3
Ickyhunt2

They are all in the megapack in the download section on sc.multiplay.co.uk

They were probably removed because people whored XP on them.

Edit: Currently around ~60 maps have been disabled from voting.
