Im getting errors whilst trying to buy spectator tickets.

error '80020009'
/i34/signuppageconfirm.asp, line 28

Ive tried many things, such as different computers, different IPs, clearing cookies, etc. but to no avail. I presume its something wrong with the website?

Can anyone shed some light?

EDIT: Also, i have submitted a ticket to no response. And are the hostel rooms, at £105, for on night or the weekend?

Thanks

To answer your second question, Hostel rooms are £105 for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. But by splitting the price with the person you are sharing the room with, the room costs £52.50 per person for the whole weekend. (Not inc. EAS)

As for your first question, just wait for a ticket responce.

You won't get a response from your ticket straight away, just be patient.

If there is an error, and you've reported them problem, then it's more than likely it will get fixed soon.

Also, once paid, do i recieve tickets through the mail or any sort of confirmation other than an email?

You do not receive tickets, no.

You should get a confirmation e-mail saying that you have booked (and paid). If you haven't, submit a ticket and you'll get one.

Edit: Just realised you asked if you get another confirmation apart from an e-mail, and I'd say no. You could ring up Multiplay UK though (they're a friendly bunch and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to confirm it for you).

Once the LAN arrives... which is many months away, you will go to the desk and check-in. You will need your booking ID, which is located under "My Account", on the homepage and then "My Event Bookings".

Hope that helps.

Yes but the question was about the hostel.
