Has anyone recieved an email regarding thier golden ticket as i handed mine in on the night they where handed out and still havent been contacted.

I havn't either.

I've Asked Wizzo, but I aprechiate hes a busy guy (and probably hates people like me PMing him)

Would be nice to have a confirmed booking with the golden ticket, to then pay for extras like EAS, laptop, hotel etc :)

I believe EAS is included but the main thing i'm just woried about is that all other extra's will be sold out and leave us with yes a free event but having to lug a moniter with us and not getting a chance to get a room

ive got gold discount and a golden ticket, I believe that means multiplay pay me to attend the event

One of my mates got a golden ticket under his seat, handed it in to the main desk, and from what I know he aint heard anything either.

After an event things are very busy round here you'll here something as soon as things settle down a bit dont worry :)

I have had a responce from Wizzo.

He did advise that I (we) should have an event booking by now.

As requested by Wizzo I raised a ticket for this issue, so lets hope we get our bookings soon.

I ate about 60 chocolate bars at i33 only to realise multiplay wasnt putting the golden tickets in the candy *sniffle*

Just checking if i am the only golden ticket holder having this problem but monitor rental just isnt on my list at all and also i can book EAS even though it is on my ticket already.

EAS is already booked and paid for on golden tickets so don't worry about that.

You should be able to book a monitor but if you are having problems please raise a support ticket in http://support.multiplay.co.uk and we'll sort it out manually if necessary in the meantime.

Your gaming area doesn't really matter any more as you can decide yourself where to sit on the Seat Picker :)

The attendance list is telling the truth, although you've ended up somewhere that's not supposed to be available ;p If you click on the link of a bookingid from the bookings page you should be able to update it from there.

Erm.. I managed to bag myself a golden ticket at i33, but have not received an email. I checked back in March and the last thread said everyone was v busy. Have obv just looked again- and says tix are sold out... Is this the end of the road... is my golden ticket worthless? Any help much appreciated.
