i34 Seating CL Control

There was talk of CL's being able to control team members seats if given ownership of them so they could organise the squads properly.

Is this in effect yet and if so how can I do it? :)

Not yet, we'll be working on it soon hopefully. There's a lot of post-event admin to get out of the way first.
