WoW 3v3 tournaments?

Perhaps multiplay could do a little WoW tournament maybe not for the I34 LAN but perhaps for the future. I figure you could have alot of EU WoW teams comming to it if you make some sort of signup your arena team page.

I'm pretty sure Multiplay has already considered this but is there a reason for this not beeing able to happen?

I don't see blizz supporting this, they'd have to provide a server, transfer everyones chars onto it, on the other hand they do have the TTR which means it could happen if you work your wizzomagic.

the current pay 15E 12pund 20USD entrance fee global tournament has atleast turned out to be a joke.

Alot of countries that can't even participate... way to go making a global PAID tournament since alot of countries have rules against that.

I'd like to do something like they did @ WoWLAN / ManaLAN

- all make a new char on a server / race to see who gets to lvl 10 first
- who can make the most gold in one hour
- marathon runs from Mulgore to as far as you can get before dinging level 5
- how many of the opposing faction can you kill in 24 hours (not in arena / battlegrounds just in the normal world)
- fun raids on towns / areas

So many options :D and I have a willingness to organise if required ;)

1) Running a private server is against terms and conditions.
2) So is playing on one.
3) Are you willing to provide a fully up to date database and a 2.4 emulator :P

This, any tournament in WoW where original characters are used instead of premades would immediately be unbalanced :p
