Free tickets / hotel

Hi,
My clan won some free tickets at i33, I was wondering if we can only select the seats once we have allocated each ticket to a player, or if we can do it before then?
Also, is it possible for me to book some hostel rooms now, before they all get sold out?

I'll be emailing all the clans tomorrow to sort out free spaces. If you want to speed things up Luke, please raise a ticket in Event Enquiries with all the usernames of the players that you want bookings for. As per the form, the lineup can be changed up to 14 days before the event if you selected for the Clan to receive the tickets, else it'll just be whoever was in the final lineup.

I've raised a ticket for myself is that still ok? or will I need to get all the members of sesame street to give me their details aswell?
