Submitting maps

We already have a gigantic map pack, but it could always be bigger so if you have a map or pack of maps you'd like to send us, please copy this form, fill it out, then post it in this topic. Ignore the italic text.
Please use one form per map.
Title What is the map called?
First Map In a map pack, which one is first in the list? If it's a single map, just put that map filename.
Alternative Maps In a map pack, what maps are there after the first?
Description If the map provides one, use that. If not, feel free to write one yourself.
Download Location Where can I get the map, so I can download it and install it?
Screenshot Although I can do this for you, I'd really appreciate if you got one for me.
If you're taking a screenshot yourself, it MUST meet this criteria to fit in our maps database.
No other players must be visible.
Crop the image into a square, removing the hud.
Resize the image down to 320x320, 1:1 aspect ratio.
Save the image as a JPEG, compression level 75. Give it the same name as the First Map.
