XP mod changes - mostly bonuses for regular players.

How do you check for regular players?

Make a check on last time played vs. times played and for how long?

Regularity = amount of time playing. Remember that bonus XP is provided only when there are 3 or more players connected.

Raised bonus XP amount to 100 from 50.
Lowered medal to every 25 levels from 50 levels.

Sounds good. I think it will make people work together more. Also will prevent solo player XP abusing. I think this will bring in more traffic and more regulars to our wonderful community. The proposal receives my two thumbs up.

It's about time we did more for regular players :) Hopefully this bonus will be useful.

Version 17.0.9 with the specified modifications here are now installed and running (thanks to Decca being in a USA timezome to restart them late :D).
