Server crash = Lost XP and medals?

About a week or two ago I was playing on the [shorties] server. I was level 32 with 3 medals, and then the sever crashed. When I reconnected, I found that I had 0 xp and -1 medals. I've seen that happen on other servers when they temporarily couldn't retrieve a player's information from the database, but my XP and medals never came back.

Is there anything that can be done?

What for a screenshot need the people, if they have this?
In game or of the side?

Screenshot needs to show your steam ID (console) and the level you're at at the top right. Pressing F5 won't cover this, you have to use the screenshot command within the console.
