Server Suggestion

I like the dustbowl style of map and cp style (i.e. attacking/defending and once a point is taken it can't be re-taken) and anybody who recognises me it will probably be because i'm on the dustbowl 24/7 server a lot.

however, i also like gravelpit (yet to try the 24/7 server for this, only just noticed you had one) because it is similar to dustbowl and can create the same sort of battles.

i'm sure there must be other people like me ... so how about taking one of the three 24/7 Dustbowl servers and making it a 24/7 Dustbowl & Gravelpit server?

server suggestion 2fort sniper only with either no flag caps, or a large number to keep the focus on the sniping not the flag capping. I'm not sure if its possible and i know a lot of people on here may not agree with it but i'd love to see it and im sure it would be rammed.

(although i think it would be nice if it was a small 4v4 server or something )

I actually did try a range of maps on a sniper only server and it was a complete dead loss. Fair enough it didn't have 2fort but I don't see much of a call for it really. Most of the servers run at full capacity on an evening so I'd be a little reluctant to reduce slots from 24 to 8 really.

lol those buggers fill up quickly.

i logged on about 6pm and it was empty, so i logged off and posted on comunity forum i hang about in to add it to their favs and help fill it, then went and made dinner - now the fekker's full and i can't get on :D

happy days ... new there would be like minded people :D

not 100% sure it works. totally full during dustbowl rounds, then a lot of coming and going on the gravel pit rounds.

i like it natch :) maybe the dustbowl purists don't and it'll take a while for a few people who like both to find the server and make it their home.

Hey, it's only on it's first night and running full nearly all the time, that's some going for a new map rotation. Give it time and more people will add to favourites I expect. :)

heh, when it gets really popular you can sneak in hydro (again the same type of capture point method and also multimap stages like dustbowl) - or is that truely going too far ;)
