Those are boot floppies, he's asking for the actual install CD.

Frag-O-Byte, if the PC was built by HP, Dell etc. you can get replacement restore media from their websites. If not personally I would bit torrent a copy and use your valid serial.

Yes there is a way you can download the discs. But I would get in trouble / post deleted if I told you how.

As long as you use the key on the side of your mates case, that should work fine with no problems / legal **** / activation problems.

Seriously whats the point in a post like that!?

Frag, id suggest u check if its OEM license like rocketknight suggested first, as it would be a waste to dl a normal copy and have it not work :)

If it is an OEM machine, i would speak to the manufacturer, they're normally quite willing to send you one for free.

Otherwise yeh just dl a torrent and use your key if you think it will work ;)

That will be OEM then. Good luck asking them for another one :p Might be able to dl an OEM disk somewhere though.

for gods sake just get on a torrent site and download an iso.

your serial is genuine and valid so stop worrying.

jeez.....

Yeah the OEM thing is a bitch, and as said, go torrent it. Its the seriel key that you pay for.

if you want to install using an OEM key you will need an OEM version of Windows.

a retail or volume licence copy will not work with an OEM key
