Well i just bought a CoD2 server, and I have no idea what to do. Literally.

Please help, I want to put jump mod and maps on it, and get the rcon and I.P.!!!

For quick help you may want to try the live support feature on the site. The forums are not a frequently checked area for support (especially this end of the forum.)

This isnt official help ofcourse, but you should probably have recieved an email from multiplay informing you of your server details. Its then just a case of logging into multiplays clanforge system to set the server up how you want it, with the mods you require.

I should point out right now, I am not a member of Multiplay staff. Just a forum regular :)

If you have literally just bought it, your order wont have been processed yet. It takes a small time for the guys to set up your server.

Given the date too I would not think you will see it today.

When your server has been set up, you will recieve an email giving you all the information you need to do everything you want to do. It will give you your Clanforge login information. Clanforge is the web based interface Multiplay have to allow you to control your server. Its very good.

Dont worry though about losing time on your server. The server time starts from when your server goes online. Not from when you order it.

If you want Live support from a paid Multiplay support staff member, then you can either

1) http://support.multiplay.co.uk and create a ticket
2) Join Quakenet IRC then connect to the channel #mpukhosting. Type the word !admin and an op will get back to you and help you.
