Map svencoop1 is bugged

Map svencoop1 is bugged on the classics server.
Where you enter the elevator to go down and save chubby.
The switch is pressed but the elevator door never opens.
You end up having to vote a new map to get out.
This bug as far as I know happens every time.

I currently have no idea why this happens. We've not modified anything in or around that lift at all.

The only entities that are different from original is additional ammo in the spawn area to stop fights.

Someone should check if button targets on door at all. It should be noticed that anyone who touches that door gets fragged.

I just played the map on my home server with additional mods to prevent turret whoring and the doors work fine. This BSP has been uploaded to MPUKSC.
