Here are zipped demo files showing how to get up to cap on cp_skyscraper and cp_jump_b4. They are recorded while i played demoman and solly. Dont moan abt my gameplaying :p and faster ways. If you know them just post your demo here ;)
You have to extract the demofile to your tf2 directory (for example: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\YourAccountName or EmailAddy\team fortress 2\tf)
Startup TF2 and type "playdemo demoname" without " in console.

Made another demo on wdf_scoutjump_1. There are many players who can pass it faster. This demo is for those who dont even know how to get to the end or how the end looks like :P

what's the secret of the scout double jump? i often find i can't get him to do the second jump. when asking of the server, people mention ledges, close to edges, your feet are further forward/back than you think and a jumble of things.
i'd just like to know why when sometimes i jump off something, i then press jump again that my scout doesn't always do his second jump?
hope i've explained that well enough :)

I believe its to do with someone being close behind you. Its happened to me a number of times but when im alone or far enough infront it dosent happen. I would guess that it then has to be someone climbing on my back as i dont have any other explanation :)

no, i can be completely on my own in a room. i think it's something to do with how close you leave a ledge, or maybe how near you are to the next surface?

Don't you have to double jump before you reach the peak of the arch of the first jump?
Once you start coming back down again you can't double jump?!? Its been a while since i have played so this could be totally wrong :v

thats not entirely true either, you can jump off a high ledge, then jump the second after you have fallen some way
there is a spot between just after the peak that lasts a moment or 2 when you cant do the double
