Neophyte steps down, flash and Oxy step up.

After nearly 9 years devoting my spare time to the Unreal series of games, I think it's time to let someone else have a crack at it. From last week I moved public responsibilities to Flash and Oxy and now feel its time to go public with the change.

I will still be around, working on the technical side of the online communites and clanservers and helping to make Flash and oxy's new ideas work.

I have had a lot of fun devoting my spare time to unreal, ut99, ut200x and ut3 and now look forward to be able to actually play the games again. I will also miss the long standing banter and rivalry with bunny and Draco at jolt.

I dont need to list achievements as they are there for all to see, except to say we are currently the most active and busiest unreal community in the world server and player count wise..something I have monitored very closely.

Flash will be taking on UT99 and Oxy taking UT3 and I wish them both well in their new roles, both admins are superb and this is just natural progression for both of them.

this might sound a bit naive but how does it work? i was always aware that admins took care of the servers to make sure all is running smoothly and the likes but didnt put much thought to it beyond that. is there a bunch of admins then a big bossman admin? is there some kinda admin hierarchy?

BTW my wife got me Unreal 3 for Christmas so we will get to meet each other on line at last Oyx Straing thing is the demo used to crash every time but the full game works fine and looks good as well with no tweeks used yet
