UT3 not a very clan friendly game???

I have been playing ut3 since it came out, and i have seen a fw clans about, but not very many actually doing clan matches etc. Am i wrong, or do people not like this game much for clans? is everyone just playing COD4? (is cod4 a good game?? :P)

Its mainly because the serverside of the game isnt great and many leagues/ladders are holding out for fixes. We are now testing the waters with a 1v1 cup before we launch into full scale teamgame ladders.
