Add server and password in ini file

I need to add a server off line with a Password.

I used to know this on the the Truff Members one sure it is in the unrealtournament.ini folder but for the life of me I cannot remember where or how?

Any clues would be helpful

Is this in the favorites tab?

If yeh unrealtournament.ini:
[UBrowser.UBrowserFavoritesFact]
add:
Favorites[0]=ServerName\85.236.100.43\27809\False

Replacing 85.236.100.43\27809\False with IP \ port \ password

If not:
