Cheat Commands! elp!

Ok i've readup in this, couldn't get it working in the beta or in the full game.

I've a list of commands for summoning vehicle and items like instagib rifle as well all allweapons and God mode but none of them work! How do i get them working. And before you ask i'm not sticking them in the "say" console! I've ran a local server and i cannot use em.

What am i doing wrong?

multiplayer im pretty sure cheat codes wont work even local lan server, they should work in the campaign tho.

I've just found that out! Bloody ell! I thought if you were running a local then you were considered admin and that would be where it worked. Campaign didn't feature in the beta though did it, i remember you couldn't play it, so why posts said you could summon vehicles i don't know
