i got a forum ban in the summer for 3 weeks, due to calling people retard on our realm forums.

Hordies were aggroing Doom Lord Kazzak over and over while we were trying him (we so weren't ready at that point, but its beside the point) so i got hacked off and posted on the realm forums asking them what was the point and calling them retards. They don't seem to like that word lol


but yeah, insulting anyone = insta ban :P

Swearing in-game can get you a ban if its reported or seen by an admin. I 'stole' someones mob and they told me to 'fk my uncles dck', I didnt report him but I got a whisper from a GM and they asked me to confirm what he said.

I dont know who reported though because it was in a whisper :S

Yeah, some dude jumped onto the Al'Akir 25-man progress thread and essentially insulted some guild's progress. I told him to **** off, then someone from Moonglade had a go at me. So I went and posted that post up there in the Moonglade forums.

The good news, looks like he probably got banned too, and the mods even removed the flames in the Progress thread. Bonus :)

Whenever I'm sober, I don't go to the official forums. There is almost zero reason to bother going there.

Then I have a drink or two, and decide to go read some random threads. And the level of sheer idiocy and immaturity on there is immensely irritating.
