Supreme Commander Forged Alliance is about to complete its worldwide release and here at Supcom-Live we have some of very good news for the supcom community.
Commanders, this is a call to war!
Supcom-Live in partnership with the RIP clan are launching the first Supreme Commander FA Clans League.
The first season is an open battlefield where any clans from any level can join and compete in the same pool. Giving the opportunity to some less renown talents to reveal themselves.
Clan/Team requirements
* Players: minimum 6
* Squad: a clan can have more than one squad but players are not allowed to swap from one squad to another during the season (unless approved by a league administrator). Two Squads of the same clan are not allowed to be in the same division.
* Status: Active – please make sure that your roster is made of active players
Rules of the tournament and matches configuration
* 500 units per player
* Assassination mod
* Team locked
* Civilians enemy
* Matches time limit : 40 min for 1v1 and 2v2, 1 hour for 3v3, or match will be draw. (to avoid problems with bad PC or connexion and to assure that clan wars will be finished on time and won't take all night)
* Players allowed to give their units when Commander died
* If there is a deconnexion of a player before 5 minutes after the start of the match, match will be re-played. After 5 minutes, the team who leads in points will be declared winner. (Match can be also re-played if both teams are agree)
* Desync: any desynced game has to be re-played from the beginning
Match Structure
* 3 * 1v1 (Bo3)
* 1 * 2v2 (Bo1)
* 1 * 3v3 (Bo1)
Playday
Sunday
Postponing a match
The team leader must alert both the opponent team leader and a league administrator at least one days in advance.
Match completion period
The matches of a clan war can be spread over a maximum of 2 weeks (i.e. two Sundays)
Match results reporting
We are planning to implement a formula base reporting but meanwhile for each clan war a forum thread will be opened and both teams’ team must report the result in that thread.
Replays of each match must be uploaded on http://www.supcom-live.com/replays.html. This will help the admin to take position in case of a dispute.
Winning Conditions
* 1v1 players can only play in either the 2v2 or the 3v3 match, not both
* Points:
o 1 win = 1 point. For instance if in a 1v1 the player A wins 2:1 vs the player B then Team A wins 2 points and Team B wins 1 point.
o Team game win = 2 points
o Draw = 0 point. In case both Commander die, none of the team win a point. In 2v2 or 3v3 it would mean if all the Commanders die.
If there are 3 draw games in a 1v1 match then no point at all for anyone.
