Actually, TF2 and others will be fine, I'm just trying to convince people that getting Call of Duty 4 is a good idea. It's a mighty fine game :)

Gears Of War... Please. someone tell me it is worthwhile getting it?. I've completed it 3 times on the xbox 360 (including uberhard mode + getting all tags) so was uncertain if the PC version is worth getting. Is it more or less identical? or is it so much better it's worth getting it and doing it again on the pc?

ive not played it on 360 but to be honest i cant image anyone forcing themselves to play it with a joypad. i loved it with a keyboard and mouse, theres an extra 20% of levels almost due to chapter 5 being incomplete.

try it on mine whilst were there, you can always zip down tescos and buy it if you want.

I used to have a Hungry Hungry Hippos when i was younger.... Thinking back, it was a damn simple game, but it failed on so many accounts.....It was made of crappy plastic, and the game was to hit a button and get your hippo to eat all the little marbles....So to get a good speed, you would WHACK that button about 3 times a second....As would the 3 other people around you, causing that flimsy plastic to warp and bend and send marbles everywhere...

Good game... Good times!

I haven't played TF2 since COD4 came out, and thats not becuase TF2 isnt a fun game to play. I just so hopelessly hooked on COD4. From the intensely manic 32 player shipment HQ game to the intensely tense 12 player HQ game (hardcore, FF on) it really is amazing...
