Not really.
The speed stuff is ok, but Compton scattering doesn't 'require an atmosphere', merely that there be matter present. Its target should serve that role nicely...
Railguns: well he completely skips the fact that seeing as we're IN SPACE a railgun volley is going to send you flying in the opposite direction. Nice.
Lasers on armor: he's oversimplifying a bit, and also making assumptions about the Eve HP system that fit his thinking. But the laser science is fine.
Minmatar sails: ok he's just making **** up now. They have sails because the artist thought they looked cool.

The minmatar sails is a asumption but a good one and I for one am going for heat dissipation.
