So if Hellgate isn't an MMORPG, and Guild Wars is a CORPG. Then what does that make Hellgate? People seem to class MMORPG as having a play area shared by everyone.

Hellgate is instanced similarly to Guild Wars, but doesn't have a competitive ladder and such. So what are people's thoughts?
