Dates for the diary. Time to get those holiday requests in :)

looking into April/May dates (potentially at new venue)
27-30 June (Fri-Mon)
22-26 August (Fri-Tue)

LlamaLAN 10 - 15th-17th
SLAN - 22nd-26th

There is the possibility of a new venue which I'm haggling with atm. Otherwise we have a potential date in April of 25-27th at SRC so keep that weekend free :)

Thanks. That weekend has now been clamped by an iron cordon of GTFOSTRATLANKTHXBAI and will be preserved in the busy schedule.

That's stated as being the same weekend as Blizzcon, which Jay and Craig are planning on going to at least (check MPUK outing forum).

We are currently orgnising a new slew of cats and bags / rabbits and hats / birds and cages / <animals> and <holding devices> for the Xmas Slan and will be opening signups in the next week or so. However the dates of Friday 12th - Monday 15th December are confirmed :)

While there is a core group who tend to go there is always room for newcomers at a SLAN.

There tend to be around 100 people at SLAN.

we normally do 2 i-series events a year for the last 4-5 years and a monthly lan based in leicester which is dyling a little. not making i-35 this time but looking to fill a void before the easter i-series event. I suspect you are right about that once to go one the rest will be history. There would probably be 8 of us coming.

Any dates for 2009 yet.
