im not able to send e-mails for some reson as of the last 30 odd hours i cant send mail only recive them and my dads mates having the same problems and hes up the road from me any of you getting this prob too?

we are ex ntl and just tried sending using smtp.ntlworld.com and mail is sending fine

I'm ex-blueyonder and it's sending okay for me. smtp.blueyonder.co.uk is what I'm using. Lucky as it took me several weeks to get them to raise the welcome letter with my new details after moving house. Now if only I can get them to cancel my alias off my old account ;p

smtp.ntlworld.com is what im using, and this is the message im getting
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

ahha!! found the problem my mates got the wrong email addy :8-P (i know it says s@natlworld.com butt hats to protect his e-mail address)
