Does anyone know how to kick people on the WiC servers or manually change map. It's in the 1.1 patch notes but does not actually have any instructions. The only thing I can modify is the server.ini file but that doesn't help much

So fare the only way to kick is to reboot the server through Clanforge. Surely there is another way. Any help I would be grateful. I'm sure were not the only clan running WiC servers.

I am also having issues.

apprently on the massgate forum, there is "admin <password>" command which you type into the console to admin status, but the password is kept in "ds.ini" , clanforge users "server.ini" (note i dont think the difference in file name matters since the format of the contents are the same)

then you can use "kick vote" or "map vote" since it reads that admins always win the votes they initiate.

I think once you are logged in as admin , you just start a vote normally from the score screen (tab)

There is no difference we just used server.ini as its clearer to the user than ds.ini as to what the file is.

Yeah I found it on the Massgate site eventually.

Although kicking actually bans the player until you reboot the server in Clanforge.

Map vote only changes map for the next round "it does not instantly switch"

it is limited , i believe they are going to streamline it , provide more admin control at somepoint
