Hi,
My gaming community usually runs BF2142, but we've just set up a TF2 profile on our dedicated server and it's running fine.
My question is, how do we admin it? We use 2142CC but obviously this won't work for any of the Half Life mods. Is there a third party app that we can use to admin the servers so that we don't have to create clanforge accounts for all our admins?
All suggestions appreciated.

Can't you just do it through clanforge + rcon commands?

Untill Mani mod or the like comes out, just use Rcon.

Use HLSW (http://www.hlsw.net/)

yep thats what we at the tf2 admin section are using atm, rcon combined with hlsw. For some things you really need to be in game to sort and just cant rely on the conversation in hlsw. So a combination works quite well.

Hijack:
There is a new option now in ClanForge for 'Respawn Wave Time' is 3 the default ? as its on that atm?
Also i have 2 maps on our server with no timelimit but its not changing them shouldn't it do this say when one team gets the max number of caps of 3 ?

One of these maps isn't cp_lazytown is it? We had it on our server and one round was reported to have lasted about 8 hours even though a 25 minute time limit was set in the server config, and the other maps on the rotation (official cp map) would finish after the 25 minutes.

Nope its ctf_stronghold_b1 a fine map!
I played another server with it which had 2 maps and it had no TL but after 3 main points it changed maps ours atm is on 6:5 it should have changed by now :)
As for spawn times it says 3 in CF but its still set to 10 in game the server needs restarted maybe?
^^^ so it did :)
mp_maxrounds 4
// Max number of rounds to play before server changes maps
mp_winlimit 3
// Max number of rounds one team can win before a server changes maps
^^^ in server.cfg seems to sort it!

Incidentally, bettlemod has recently been released, and offers some of the features of an ingame admin mod.
