For those of you that bother to read the news (http://sc.multiplay.co.uk), you will notice that the files section (http://sc.multiplay.co.uk/files.php) has been written today.

We welcome users to submit files to go here, make suggestions for new groups, and report broken mirrors.

If you are submitting a file

I need a title, description, group it fits in, and download links (multiple mirrors allowed).

If the file is not on a website yet (i.e. only on your computer) please follow the FTP steps below to send it in.

I will see if I can host a copy on the website as a mirror too. There isn't normally a problem with that. I will also calculate the MD5 hash, although if you can give me one that would help ME verify the file is corruption free.

Your file must be legal, not violating any copyright laws.

If you are making a group suggestion

I need it's name, a description, and why we really need another group.

If you are reporting a broken mirror

I to know exactly what file has a broken mirror, and which mirror is broken.

If you are creating a mirror for one/some of our files

Tell us here which files you are mirroring with a direct link to it. We do not link to any form of queueing system. We will download the file off your mirror and test the MD5 hash before putting your mirror up.

Sending files in via FTP

If you know how to use FTP already, simply upload your file to:

ftp.multiplay.co.uk or ukftp.multiplay.co.uk
Folder: /incoming/mpuksc/
No login required.

You will not be able to download files from this location. Only upload. Link me to your uploaded file in your submission here.

If you don't know what FTP is or how to use it, follow these steps. I will assume you're using Windows and Internet Explorer. Mozilla Firefox and Opera don't support uploading via FTP.

In the address bar, enter: ftp://ftp.multiplay.co.uk
You should see a list of folders (probably only 2). Click incoming
You'll see many more folders and files. Click mpuksc.
You will now need to change your FTP view to "folder view". Open the Tools menu then select Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
Look in the list for Enable FTP folder view. Make sure it's ticked.
Click OK. Now go back to the mpuksc folder.
You should now be able to drag and drop your file in to this folder.
You now need to submit the file via this thread. For the download link, say ftp/incoming/mpuksc/insert filename. I will know where to look if you mention you put it on the Multiplay FTP.

More information:

All right I’ve discussed this in model request and since no one had this one, I decided to make it my self.

This pack includes model replacements for ALL Sven Co-op weapons.

And most important of all, It replaces the old weapons for high definition models of the same, for that I mean, the MP5SD6 is replaced for a high definition MP5SD6, not a god damn M4; or the .357, it’s a HD Python .357 not a fricking Dealgle; the crowbar it’s a awesome looking crowbar, not a stupid pipe, the wrench it’s a HD handed wrench not a RPG sword, the Crossbow it’s a HD version of the original crossbow and not a some ****ty scout… I guess you got it by now.

This pack also includes some ammunition replacements as well as suit battery, shells and a few weapons sounds. Not all the weapons have the W and P file, but that’s not too much necessary

You might want add more mirrors.
