ok if anyone is having the TF2 soundloop bug aka your computer freezes at random midgame and the last sound you heard plays over and over causing you either to tab out or more lightly hard reset, there is only one known fix
right click Team fortress 2 in steam, go to properties, hit launch options and add
-dxlevel 81
to the command line, this will load TF2 up using direct X8.1, now go into options and graphics's and advanced and get HDR to none thats it, you will have a few graphic glitches mainly floor textures and the "shine" on the character models will be gone, however it dousent look like ass and it acutely works without constant crashing
