was thinking of getting this but got CoH: OP instead... what does it add any new advanced professions?

Yep, there are new races, a few new professions and some new Epic classes, feats and skills. The main thing is an overhaul of the graphics engine to simplify it down a bit, which makes the game run MUCH better than it used to.

There are also changes to the way the camera works, which is hard to grasp at first, but is much better when you are used to it.
