The fact there's a Dan Quayle joke in there should alert you to the fact this is about the oldest thing on the internet.

A range of feelings there, I am glad that some one managed to call it old infact when they discovered gravity I bet bvark jumped out from behind some where looked Einstine up and down and said "NOP OLD AS TIME!!" and "E=MC˛ I saw that on another forum last week."

Actually yours may have the merit of being the oldest thing ever to have been reposted, since I think I saw it shortly after getting connected to the Internet in 1994.

Can anyone date it more exactly before we declare it a winner?
