Private investigation sites?

well hello there, a friend keeps saying he knows sites that tell you who lives at an address but he wont tell me the damn site address so i can spy muuwwhahahaha anyone have any ideas?

I'm sure i saw somthing on here before with soem cool sites but cant find the post :(

www.b4usearch.com is the scary one. You could get addresses and phone numbers of people without registration. I don't know if they've changed that now.

that data on 192 is old im still listed on my old address which I moved out of Dec 06 yet it also lists me under 2007 Electoral Roll but u have to pay to see that info
